If you are either a Sisense-only customer or already use Single Sign-On to access your URC instance, you don’t need to do anything — your access will continue as normal.
We want to make you aware of an important change affecting how your facility accesses reporting data through tools like Power BI and other data connectors.
From 31 October 2025, our platform provider, Snowflake, is removing support for basic logins that rely only on a username and password. Any data connections using saved passwords will stop working after this date.
To ensure your reporting remains uninterrupted, you will need to switch to a secure login method.
What you need to do
Step 1: Choose your new login method
You can switch to either: - Microsoft Entra credentials (recommended), the same ones used for Outlook or Teams - Your Gladstone Leisure Cloud login. For organisations that do not use Microsoft 365
Step 2: Raise a support ticket
Regardless of which login method you choose, Gladstone will need to work a little magic behind the scenes to enable access. That means you'll need to raise a support ticket.
In your ticket, please include: - Your preferred login method (Microsoft 365 or Gladstone Leisure Cloud) - Microsoft 365 example: 'bob@mycompanyname.co.uk' - Gladstone Leisure Cloud example: 'bob@gladstone-leisurecloud.net' - A list of email addresses for everyone who needs access (these must match the login method chosen above) - If you're using Microsoft 365, please also include your Microsoft Tenant ID (found in the Microsoft Entra Admin Centre)
Step 3: Make the switch before 31 October 2025
After this date, any connection still using only a password will stop working. Acting early helps avoid service interruptions and unnecessary support delays.
You can continue using your current login while your team transitions.
Spread the word
Please ensure your IT team and anyone using Power BI or similar reporting tools is made aware of this update. Sharing this message internally now helps avoid last-minute issues. If additional users need access after the initial ticket is raised, please ask them to quote the same ticket number. This helps our support team link the requests together and ensures everything is handled more smoothly.
Thank you for your attention to this change and for helping keep your data connection secure. Posted on
