We have listened to your feedback and are rolling out enhancements to streamline the password reset process. A new Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) process is beginning from 18th March. Users will now have the ability to reset and unlock their account passwords seamlessly, eliminating the need to contact Support.

As a result of the added layer of security, your Gladstone team members will no longer have the capability to reset passwords, ensuring a more robust authentication process.
